Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
She came into my office to seek my particapation in a Womens Empowerment Seminar Program. I gave her a fee of $350 and she never scheduled any seminars, always had excuses and then bounced my refund check twice.

She gave everyone guarntees and promised refunds etc... If she is sucessful in running her programs then she should refund the money she took from her "clients" I filed bad checks charges against her for the 2 bounced checks...they trying to serve her.... Don't believe a word she says... she uses they money to support herself. She is a scam artist!!!!

My story with Barbara is the same!!! She claimed that I was getting into the DEAL OF A LIFETIME! It would be exclusive for me with 5-6 expos and year and marketing.
Our first meeting with September 26, 2013 and I needed to pay her in ONE DAY if I wanted the deal. I payed $300 and signed a contract which claims expo will be on 12/14-12/15/13. BREACHED CONTRACT for starters! Barbara has cancelled every EXPO...Has an EXCUSE which is usually health related or family related and has not once been accountable. I have trails of emails that show her NON LEGAL excuses! She sent me a post dated check of my refund for a month away! UNACCEPTABLE! She doesnt have the money to refund me and actually used the wrods "I SWEAR ON MY MOTHER'S GRAVE IN GOOD FAITH YOU WILL HAVE HALF OF YOUR MONEY IN A WEEK FROM FRIDAY". What legit business person uses those words and cant refund funds....A FRUED!!!
imagine your lawyer saying I SWEAR ON MY MOTHER'S GRAVE or not having the money in an account to refund you....I think you would find a new lawyer.
I may never get my money but I WILL MAKE SURE NO ONE ELSE FALLS FOR THIS!
And she calls herself a "LIFE COACH!"

All of my accounts were aware of the terrible physical and emotional truamas incurred this past year living at my home. All was documented legally. I'm a dedicated owner running a business I believe in. Programs continue today and have been running with testimonials of successful events Presently .Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control I was injured but life timed my customers without future charges to say thank you after I was hurt. I never would intentionally hurt anyone. I have regrouped and running my program with care and dedication under horrible past circumstances beyond human control
