My name is Janice Ti and I attended the Barclay Career School in Washington, Dc in 1989 and I never received my certificate but I receive the default notice every month. I still owe 10,000 to the Dept of Education and I just feel like there was predatory lending taking place but I was to young to realize it. What can a person do - My credit is so bad because of it.
