Barcode Printers, Inc. Bought 6 Remanufactured printer cartridges, 5 were empty or half full Returned the bad ones, three were sent back to us. However, the owner? refused to send the other two! After a long banter of denial, he accused us of sending him "used" cartridges. He slammed the phone down. I call this Internet fraud! We turned him in to several criminal agencies in hopes he is not doing this to others. Oceanside, California

I ordered 6 HP ink cartridges. 5 were bad. It took me 2 months to get ahold of the company. When I did they told me to return the 5 cartridges and they would replace them.

I did and they only replaced 3 of them. I called them again and they told me that the cartridges were 1/2 full of empty. I explained that if that was the case they had sent them that way which explains why the didn't work.
After much discussion I was told tough just eat the cost of the 2 cartridges. At this point they hung up on me.
Bottom line is they are selling 1/2 full or empty cartridges and charging you for full ones.
