I have been a very good customer to Bargainland for a while now, but, since they have started with the Bidtopia LLC stuff, I guess they have got greedy. Not only have the shipping prices gone sky high, but the customer service is really bad. Besides being rude and no help, if you get an item that is not as described or an item that is broken or a partial item that says on the box, Box 1 of 2 or box A of A & B, and that is not told in the description nor shown in the picture above which is what you are bidding on, a complete picture of the item is showing, they will not honor their policy of a refund.

I have 5 large items that they say that I either have to send a picture of for them to send me a partial refund or I had an invoice with 30 items, one was missing and they sent me their invoice listing the numbers of each item and I'm supposed to figure out which item is missing. Why don't they know which item is missing? Actually, I had two missing from this list and because UPS say only 1 was missing, then I have to be out of 2 items. It's just too much of a hassle to work with these people. I told them that I am old and I don't know how to send them a picture of these items and they won't except what's on the boxes, they want me to tear them open and take a picture of what's inside and then try to box it back up, which is impossible, and it would be so much easier just to send them the box with the information on the box.

Why would the company that made the armoire lie about how many boxes it took to put it in. Also, it's obvious that there is no large armoire in a box that is 3 feet by 4 feet and 4 inches thick. This armoire is supposed to be almost 6 feet. Plus, it says box 1 of 2 boxes.

The service girls started sending me messages saying that it had been too long and I could not get anything back, but if they had done their job on the first request it would not have been too long. I kept emailing them to let me talk first hand to the owners but that didn't happen either. I think I will just get my lawyer to take this up because from what I read they are Crooks!!!!!!
