OK.. I admit my credit is not perfect but it was not rotten either. Baron Auto Mall sold me a 2005 Chevy Malibu with 40,000 miles on it for $13,000. I did not know I was being duked. I was told the car only had one owner...YEAH.. a rental company. Rental cars are notorious for not being properly cared for and having extreme mileage. I am upset because I had the car for just a year and it is giving all types of problems.

It is your responsibility to research a used car before you agree to buy it. Also, you cannot complain that the tires where bad when you bought the car, YOU agreed to buy the car with bad tires when you signed the contract.

The sales person at Baron said don't worry you can keep this car now, make you payments on time and bring it back in 6 months.. you will be able to walk away with anything on the lot.. After months I brought it in..they reneged and told me I cannot refinance now, i must keep it longer. Also when I brought the car the tires were bad.. it took 6 months and some threatening for them to replace them.
