My Sister got a car from this Business and not more than 2weeks later she had to take the auto back. She was given 2 autos untill they found out what was wrong with her car. Both autos quit on her in a day. When she took the 2nd auto back to the dealer the owner Barry informed that he would not be giving her another car to drive.

The business tried to fight paying for the services they said need to be fixed. My Sister had a warranty with the auto that they said did not cover. After the persistance of my sister and not accepting what they were telling her the business paid for the services. 2 weeks later the automobile in which she is still paying on kept quiting on her. When she called upset wanting to speak the owner about the automobile. She was given the run around. The employees would say that the owner is not avaliable and in one case when she complained to one of employees he hung up on her. I had her give a call back that same day while I was on the line on a 3-way.

A lady answered and my sister again explained the stress of putting $1700 dollars into a car and still owing an additional $2000 she wanted something to be done. She informed her that at that time the same place that they had paid to have the problem they fixed paid for had her auto again. After informing her that the computer could pick up no diagnosis of what was wrong with the auto.

The auto was only less than a mile away. The lady asked twice about was any money owed where the auto was. My sister informed her that all that was done to fix what they might be the problem was paid for. She wanted Barry's Used Car to pick the auto up and find out what is wrong because she did not have the money to pay for anything major or costly. Barry's agreed to pick up.

Before getting off the line I decided that I would ask a question out of concern for my sister. I asked that as a business it is good business to make sure the customer is satisfied. I let her know that it has not been a whole month that my sister have drove the car without a problem.

Also, I informed her that my nephew has Lukemia and he has weekly schedule he must be at in the morning for his Kemo and that having an automobile was very important. The lady then said that they don't have to go and get the auto. I said to her that what does that have to do with my statement of concerns and that since I voiced my concerns that they are now possibly not going to get the auto. She replied "Okay, Thank you" and hung up on my sister and I.

I have been told that there have been a # of cases that have been settled out of court by this business to avoid going to court about the lemons they are selling. Unfortuntly my sister found out about this company to late. So this is my reason for letting everyone know about this buiness. It needs to be shut down.
