Barton Creek Landing apartments UDR , Inc udr.com Severe black mold issues, lived there for four years. Agreed to let me out of lease due to health conditions and building maintenance leaks without any buyout fees and agreed to give my deposit back in writing. Tried to get me to sign a legal health waiver releasing them of all health conditions caused by their building. Also charged near $8,000.00 to me and my credit upon leaving. Austin Texas

Severe black mold More than threes stories of apt building 12 at Barton creek landing torn down. Any and all residents moved and let out of lease. My son and I lived there for near four years and were agreed to let out of lease. When I did not sign bizarre legal document, which was not a typical Texas apartment assn form, they filed almost $8000.00 on my credit. Ask the local company "The Steam Team” that cleaned this negligence up for them. I have. Pictures, documents, proof.
