Called to cancel service - when asked how to process a refund on the service have not use - the cancelation Department they say you have to request by email, then there is no way to do so - when you try to contact them it say to go to your account,when you try to log in iy show that there is not such account. After that there is no other way to contact them.end result they will keep the money & will not refunf any un use service
