BasicISP.net/Copper.net state a 30 day "risk free trial" period, great speed etc. etc. THAT IS WHY I TRIED IT! Canceled in less than 30 days but no refund!
Now I am told that the fine print says; if used less than 5 hours in 30 days! I used the so called hi speed service about 8 hours of which probably 4 hours was waiting for the next page to come up!!! Could be why some have to run it 10 hours a day or more Hu?
This company obviously uses deceptive tactics to survive as exhibited by this ISP's claiming a 30 day, 100% money back guarantee to all customers who sign up, and still without informing anyone of the 5 hour deception, up front!
Best to avoid any outfit justifying a willingness to rip you off immediately or whenever an eventual opportunity might arise. Hopefully this report will deprive this deceptive outfit of a few hundred ten dollar scams.
And YES, in lieu of a justified hokey reply, I still want my ten dollars back!!!!
