BASIS Schools BASIS Schools directed to appear in US District Court to answer civil rights charges. Tucson, Arizona
*UPDATE EX-employee responds: Arizona is a Right To Work State
BASIS Inc. (dba as BASIS Schools) in Tucson, AZ, has been directed by US District Court in Tucson
to answer charges of civil rights violations.
Documents detailing the charges are in the public domain and can be accessed via PACER, the
Federal Court system's online public access.
Would advise any parent or potential employee of BASIS to read the documents before sending
your children or applying for a job at BASIS. While there are many excellent and dedicated
teachers at BASIS, the senior management tends to manifest third-world attitudes towards
individual rights.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds
Arizona is a Right To Work State
AUTHOR: Ultimate ARAH Collector - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, January 19, 2012
I am an ex-employee/ teacher of Basis Schools. I can't believe that this butt-hurt crybaby even posted this. This a court case and will affect CHARTER SCHOOLS in Arizona, this has nothing to so with Rip Offs.
If you think Basis treats their employees like third world citizens, apparently you have not attended or worked for the Arizona Public School system.
This sounds like somebody's little "genius" was not accepted at BASIS or maybe they were not smart enough to cut it.
The knowledge, expertise and references I received from BASIS schools led me to a better paying job.
What "senior management" are you referring to? Some actual names would be nice, or are you afraid of being sued for making false statements?
