The owners are scammers, they were hired by another lab (nova diagnostics) to make a testing location here, they took the money and started billing for themselves and not sending in samples as agreed, they somehow won the legal claim but had to change their name from nova diagnostics to nova Labnetics.

they seem to have been very sketchy with their Covid testing, many unreported and billed samples, paying people to bring them samples, pooling samples and running rapid tests on them. CLIA is investigating them hard.

once they made their money they hired me to turn it into a full fledged lab, I worked very hard and even got an injury doing this, after six months, instead of a thank you or a bonus they started being very toxic ( the same week I finished the last validation) asking question and being bossy, mean or trying to find excuses to make problems. I confronted them about their behaviour and that I won't let them use my qualifications to run the lab as the please.

they then terminated me and didn't pay severance, didn't keep their word that employment would be one year minimum.
