Ordered $18 worth of o-rings for a Suzuki motorcycle on July 5th, 2005. I was told it would take about one week to get the parts. Since the parts are from Suzuki, it takes a week to get the parts no matter where you order them from.
It is now August 4th, 2005 and the parts have not arrived.
They do not know where the parts are and have no E.T.A. as to their arrival. They will do nothing to expedite the order and claim that I 'just have to wait'.
Spoke to the owner and asked for a refund so I could order the parts in 5 days or less from someone else.
They would not refund monies for the parts they cannot seem to deliver.

Went to pickup parts and they were not there!
Still will not provide a refund.
Contacted Suzuki US on Monday Aug 1 and told them about the delay in getting parts from their dealer.
On Thursday August 4 Suzuki called me to state that the parts should have arrived already. I told them this was not the case.
They contacted Bastrop Power Sports the same day and a person there told them the parts had just arrived and were in a box.
Suzuki called me back to state the parts were in, since a person at BPS had told them so.
It was a lie. There are no parts and no one knows where they are or when they will come in.
