We apologize for any inconvenience caused to any of our very valued clients. Customer Service is everything to my company. I have been with them for 4 years and we have more than 11,000 clients in the Tampa / Clearwater area. Most all of our clients are very pleased. I am also a client and love our beautiful acrylic bathroom! This particular client comes from an area that is not serviced by Bath Fitter of Clearwater and thay also show a photograpg of an automobile wheel well as evidence of their bathroom???!! OUr offices in Tampa, Clearwater and Hudson service Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco county only. This client resides in Manatee county which is serviced by Bath Fitter of Fort Myers. Our Clearwater franchise is one of Bath Fitter's best and first. We have been in our area for 15 years now and have one all of Angie's List Super Service awards. We receive 26% to 40% referrals and step and fetch for our clients. Please call our office with any problems as we receive tons of compliments and praises weekly.

Well Thanks To Rip-off Report! They Did Come Back Out and Fixed All The Bad workmanship ! The Guy They sent Out Was a Good Guy ! Very Helpfull ! But i Will Have To Say This ! The Phone Gals Down There Are Hatefull... i Would Hate To Have To Deal With Them Again ! I Think i Was Lucky Very Lucky ! But Thank You For Your Help Rip-off Report!
