Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I recently purchased a truck from this dealership. I was over sold and underdelivered. I trusted them and went with a vehicle that was promised to be a great buy. When I got the truck home i could hear something out of place in the engine....now its been leaking oil all over the driveway. I took it to my mechanic --he found bearings in the motor. The transmission also needs rebuilt. Herb the guy sold me the car said "well looks like theres not much we can do for you"-----200 miles and I am out $5000

So, you took it to your mechanci after you bought it. Why not have him look at it beforehand?
DId it come with a warranty? For $5000 I'm betting it didn't.
