Buyer Beware. This company has horrible customer service. They offer an Exclusive Service Guarantee but do not follow it. Extremely unprofessional. Do not honor contracts and if a customer is not satisfied they attempt to terminate contract and walk off job. "Two day job" is still incomplete after 80+ days.

Bath Planet do not work for them in Sa or Austin. Jeff Porter they so called "Manager" hired me on to open and run Austin location.. They made me drive to Sa and a few other places after weeks of bull. Most of the time never getting a phone call or a text i got some training ... I got paid for one week worth of work never got training or most of the matterial getting ahold of Jeff was a joke.
I worked for them for two months and made $300 and I had to pull teeth for that. Jeff will tell you how great this place is and how you will have 40 calls a month and make so much money but it is a out right lie. I have gotten with my lawyer and will be getting some type of compensation for the time i have waisted and all of the troubles i am in now because of this company. Do not work for them !!!
