REFUSED TO EXPEDITE REPLACEMENT BATTERY PRIOR TO MY RETURNING DEFECTIVE CELL PHONE BATTERY THAT THEY ADVERTISED ON THE AMAZON WEB SITE THAT THE BATTERY CAME WITH A 1 YEAR WARRANTEE.

THEY ALSO REFUSED TO SEND ME A PRE-PAID RETURN LABEL
