Bay City Michigan Friend of The Court

They are stealing amounts of money from me. My amounts keep changing and i have to deal with the shortage of my court appointed amount. My checks are short. Last month short $120.00 This month the first half short $60.00. Why is the friend of the court taking my money? Do they have that right? How am I to pay bills when I am shorted. What can I do? I know the company is sending the full amount. But I am not getting it. I am getting mad. What gives?
