Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
when you join up for a 3day sample of their download services they do not cancel your account when you ask them to,they continue to debit your bank account weeks after you cancel the sevices and refuse to refund the money.Nor could I even get their dowload site to function in the 3 day trial.
A totaly scam site and I don't know how they get away with it.

how I got my money back

I got in contact with the billing company in this case (chargepatrol) and told them about the situation and told them that they were no better than the bodgy company they are suporting.And that if they don't refund my monies I would report them to this site.It took 4 days but my money was refunded.
I also used the same proceedure with another company called Butterfly downloads,who I have yet to write a complaint about.
