My autoloan was transferred without my knowledge to this company and it has been nothing but trouble. I had credit issues previously and was so proud when I began to rebuild my credit, after my acct. was transferred to Bayquest I have mailed payments in on time and for some odd reason they never seem to receive them. I've even made payments over the telephone and received confirmation numbers - to no avail. I'm so nervous I do not want to get taken advantage of but I don't know who to complain to. There's so much more they've done please help!
