When this company took over our loan from our local car dealership we were made certain promises, which none of these have been kept. They tell us not to make a payment until we recieve our payment booklet, they bought us in March 08, and we did not get our booklet until April 13. They called us the 1st of April and told my husband that our payment was past due and we had late penalties, so he paid it automatically.
They now have not recieved two of our payments one in december and one in march so we are just hearing about this as they are threathing to repossses the van. They are not the kind of company that I like to work with. They are rude, hateful, and they seem like they are scheming against all of us. I guess they have not heard of the recession that is going on around us and there are some of us that are trying to keep up payments and stay afloat, while everything around us is going to hell in a handbasket.
I am very frustrated and am trying to figure out how to get away from this company, this is the 3rd report on this site about this same company. Something needs to be done to shut them down. In my business this is not how you make life time clients, and bread and butter business partners. My husband and I have been trying to get to the top of this company but never make it past Mr Riviera in what they call customer service =, and it is a joke. There is no customer service to this company.
I hope people are noticing that all three complaints against this company are the same thing, we send in our payments and they just don't recieve them. I find this very strange, wouldn't you?

This company has even reported to the credit bureau that we have been 3 or 4 months late and that was in june of 2008 and they had only owned our payment for 3 months we have never been late more than a few days never months like they say we are. This company is shady and it scares me after reading the new reports on this site that they are now trying to charge more than what people really owe, this company is not on the up and up and we all need to beware.
