Dear consumer, We’re sorry you’re unhappy with your experience with the BBB of Minnesota and North Dakota. However, your portrayal of our actions is inaccurate. You were offered free arbitration services through the BBB, in which a neutral third-party would have heard your testimony and reviewed evidence supplied by you (and the company’s testimony and evidence supplied by them) and then rendered a binding decision. You refused this offer of arbitration and informed BBB staff you were taking this matter to court. At that point, per our policies, your complaint was closed. It will remain in the company’s BBB file for three years, which is also per our policy. We wish you the best on resolving this matter through the court.
