BB&T banking RIPPING OFF THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE PAY CHECK TO PAY CHECK WITH ALL KINDS OF FEES. HAMPTON. VIRGINIA VIRGINIA

 Well let me start off by saying that we are already struggling to stay a float in todays economy. So we needed a bank close to where we moved to in Hampton, VA.  So we had several choices so we decided to go wtith BB&T. OMG why did we do that i know how to look online at our bank account to make sure that we are on track. So i looked online and seen that we had 55.85 in our available balance so i go about my day and make several perchases with added up to 54.03 in debits not credits, So the bank will get their monies right then and there. So a week goes by and it is getting time for my husband to get paid so i go online and look at our account and low and behold we have over 300.00 dollars in overdraft fees. Oh course i get on the phone with the bank at the 1800 number and she goes and explains to me that they credit my purchases and did not debit them which when they took there money there was no money. I asked her where is my 55.85 that I was spending on the 5/20/2013. She could not explain where that money disappeared to. So i went online to research and come to find out this is not the first time they did this to us. My rent is due on the 5th of june 2013, And with them taking all this money i am short very short on our rent which will lead us into eviction, I went into the branch and spoke with joseph who tried to explain to me why they did not debit for the monies right then and there i cannot remember what he said because he did not say what i wanted to hear and that is sorry Mrs. Eaddy we will refund all your monies. He said the best he could do was to refund 75.00 of it. 75.00 that is not nothing with our rent being 885.00 a month. I know what i am doing when I look online i look for the available balance to see how much i have to spend and if the monies are not there i do not risk it for fees. This has to stop right now i first, second, third the motion for a class action suit against these banks that take advantage of the poor. middle class or whoever. i just am hoping and praying  how  can i come up with the rent before the 5th of the month. Or else me and my family will be homeless in Hampton. Va. We literally live paycheck to paycheck and this has put us in a terrible terrible bind. I am so upset at BB&T for this and they really do not care because they have a stable place to lay there heads. Thanks to BB&t me and my family might not. Please help us somebody do something pleaseeeeeeee. HELP US.
