I was billed $0.75 for a DVD purchase. I assumed it was for an initial purchase as a "come-on" tactic. The DVD was listed as a $9.95 purchase. I have now been billed $9.95 twice along with another $2.00 charge. It seems as if it will not stop. Is there a remedy against these criminals?
