I am also a victim -- $9.95 may be small -- but that's why it can be overlooked -- multiply that by whatever number & it certainly adds up.... they also put a monthly $19.95 on my account -- sorry this person definitely had a legitimate complaint -- hopefully more will come forward --

Your report sucks. No details, incorrect website address, and you accuse them of being part of organized crime because of a $10 credit card dispute?
You need to do better than this. More details and some proof would be nice.
My bet is you signed up for a recurring fee membership because you didn't read the fine print before presenting your credit card. If your report had the actual website address we could see if that was because they were hiding the disclosure, or if you were just careless.
