BCBiz (WpThemePlugin) Leo BCBiz I purchased a once-off web hosting service for $62.45 on 03-03-2020, and on 09-11-2021 my hosting service was terminated without reason or notification, and even when I inquire why there is no respond or communication.

I purchased a once off GPL WP SSL cPanel Hosting service from BCBiz WpThemePlugin.com for $62.45 on Tuesday 3rd of March 2020 10:07:58 AM through PayPal, and my PayPal Transaction ID is: AP-1VE68532VB296841M 

The owner is Leo and his email address is: leo@wpthemeplugin.com

All along since the payment period there was no problem until around 09 November 2021 when I could no longer receive and send emails through my business email account connected through my hosting account.

First I thought it was just a small matter but when weeks go by I become more concerned and

tried to login to my cpanel and website, and I could not login, there is no access.

I get the message that the site can't be reached, server IP address could not be found, as the attached screenshot shows.

I then contacted the vendor on 28 November 2021 but up until now the seller didn't bothered to communicate with me, that is why I lodged a dispute and refund with PayPal.

I lodged complain with PayPal on 30 November 2021, but PayPal responded by saying: 

"They have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying my claim(s). Cases must be filed within 180 days from the date of the transaction. The decision to deny was made because the case was submitted after the 180-day deadline. Therefore, they are unable to offer a resolution toward this matter at this time. They're sorry for any problems I may have experienced with the transaction(s)."

I promptly replied to PayPal saying that: But how can I file within 180 days from the date of the transaction when the seller's hosting service is now not working long after the 180 days of transaction?

In other words PayPal allow unscrupulous sellers to practice daylight robbery on unsuspecting buyers on their platform.

I told them that it's not offering purchase protection to PayPal customers, and it is unfair, because unscrupulous sellers will continue to practice these knowing buyers don't have protection after 180 days of purchase transaction.

And by then I didn't know BCBiz (https://www.WpThemePlugin.com) is not listed until now when I searched it on your website.

Please help me to get this company to be exposed and stopped what they are doing to innocent buyers and to refund me.
