BCTI Promised help after classes completed and phone calls from employers and resourses to jobs Everett Washington

I atteneded Busines Computer training institute in Dec 1999 and again in 2000 for a software program they had at the time.  I was a single mom and told I would get a Pel grant and never did.  I was a victim at the school of sexual harrasment by a teacher as well.  Which was reported.  ai have a huge debt of 21,thousand for a loan I could never make payments do to the fact every job was a contract and eneded and then when I tried to get resourses the school closed down I heard.  I never knew of any type of class act and I have ever since been on foodstamps and constantly trying to find work and barely making ends meet.   I need some kind of relief for a school that promiesd things and never came through and who took advantage of a single mother and charged me full price when I thought I would have some sort of grant.  There is so much more.  I was reading some of the other peoples reports and I would like to join a new class act if there is going to be one.  If there are enough people to come forward I don't see how it couldnt happen.  My life has been one struggle after another and I owe more money to a school that doesn't even exist anymore and fully took advantage of everyone who attened.
