BCTI Business Computer Training Institute Recruited me at the Unemployment Department, signed me up for student loans and have now apparently vanished into the night. Vancouver, Washington

I completed my three phase course at BCTI in 1994 and learned nothing other than basic typing.  I ended up finding a low paying telemarketing job on my own after graduation.  During my 6 month Training Program I observed several students who had previously completed the course taking advantage of BCTI's "Employment Resources" which included a table and a phone book as well as a chilly attitude from staff.  It was clear they were unwelcome and seen as simply taking up space now that they had completed the coarse.  The one thing I thought I would get out of my investment in BCTI were 30 transferable credits which I could apply to college courses.  I have been searching online for contact information to BCTI to find out how to get these credits transferred but every phone number I have found listed has been disconnected.  If anyone knows how to get a hold of BCTI please let me know.
