BDG Construction Sundance Custom Homes, Bud and Denice Gannon Breach of Contract Van Alstyn Texas

Bud Gannon is involved in breach of contract  .. I contracted with him to have all the sheetrock rehung in a home remodel .. the work was done and I paid Bud for that work in full less $500 held back to cover cost to have drywall mud removed from my floors and windows . HIs sub has filed a lien on my title for non-payment. I talked to the sub and she said she has not been paid and Bud has refused payment. This represents breach of contract as I have paid Bud for this work. Also is fraudulent towards the bank that administered my renovation loan as he was required to certify work was complete before payment was released.
