Beachbody 21Day Fix Have cancelled vitamins three months and they continue to take payments out of checking account Internet

Five months ago I ordered 21 Day Fix online because I believed you could really lose 15 lbs in 3 weeks. I also ordered a month supply of their Activit vitamins. I received another shipment of vitamins the next month and called and emailed them to cancel. Five months later I'm still emailing them to cancel the vitamins that I'm not getting anymore but still paying for. I don't know what else to do. i used a debit card so I contacted my bank to see what they can do and they told me I needed to get another card and cancel that one. I don't know what else to do because i should not have to keep contacting them every month and I just want them to return the money back into my account.
