Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I am a travel agent, I booked a condo with Jeff Williams. When my clients arrived at the rental, lock box was rusty & took 20 minutes to open. He WILL NOT RETURN THE DEPOSIT because his "next" renters could not get the lock box open. He even had the audacity to try & charge us for the lock box.

I have been renting from Jeff for many years. His properties are very reasonably priced. I have never had a problem with him or any of his properties that I have rented. It's sad because a comment like this could ruin his business. Maybe the person who had this problem was not able to open the lock properly and broke it. I could see whyJeff would want to charge for that because he does not live close by and would not have enough time to get the unit ready for the next guest, who would be inconvenienced as well. I do not know Jeff personally, but he has always been polite and fair with us.
