So we found this online company to purchase precision bearings which are common in Europe but not North America, after finding what we needed, I emailed the company and received a response with price and availability, we tried paying with Visa which Ciprian the respondent said only could receive a bank transfer which should have been a red flag.

After finally sending the money and asking for shipping details there was no response, after 2 weeks since the payment was made he emailed me saying they would ship in 2-3 days. This was 10 days ago and no more replies from Ciprian since then, this all started 7 weeks ago and we are out $3,000 CDN funds amidst the crisis everyone is going through.
