Beaute Inc In July 2017, I ordered my "Free Trial Sample" Beaute Wrinkle Reducer and Beaute Wrinkle Cream and paid only for Shipping and Handeling. I received Two Products., but did not have the Companies Information or Phone Number! Since I ordered these Products on Facebook stating that the Shark Tank had invested in these Products, I ordered them. I did not receive a confirmation number of phone number and since I ordered it on FB, I had no idea who I ordered it from. I called my Bank and explained I didn't have a number to call, so they gave me a Credit for 89.95 and 99.95 and said they would speak to the Company. The Bank was told since I didn't Cancell, they Drafted my account, and I also never received my Products. My Bank took back the 89.95 and 99.95. The Bank said that I was paying for the "Samples I received, even though my account was drafted but products were never mailed before I called Bank. Las Vegas Nevada

I received the Products, but there wasn't a phone number or return address in the envelope. When I I ordered these Products on Facebook and there wasn't a confirmation number on phone number after ordering. I just figured there would be an address or phone number in the package. In Augused, around the 4th. I checked my account and 89.95 and 99.95 was drafted out of my checking account. I called my Bank and filed a complaint. The Bank credited my account but On August 28th, The credit was reversed. I did it Know this till Sept 3rd. I never received the Products and the Bank said they weren't sure what happened. The Customer Service said that perhaps what I paid for was Samples. I told my Bank that how could I be paying this kind of money for .03 oz for a Wrinkle reducer and 1oz for a Wrinkle crime. That by the time I called my Bank the Beaute Company had had enough time to sent my Products out. She said I paid for the samples.
