 I recently ordered two "trial" products from this company and paid for the shipping of 3.95 and 4.95 respectively. My wife tried these two products and we thought that they were samples. Little did we know that they were actually a 30 day supply and we became aware of this when a charge of $99.95 appeared on my charge account. I called to check on what was occurring and was told we had not called within the 14 day trial period to cancel and this charge was for what had been shipped to us recently.

I told the person to cancel all future shipments and charges and said that I didn't recall ever seeing a statement that I had to call within a 14 day period to cancel participation in their auto shipment program. The company rep told me a lot of people misinterpret the word "trial" as a free sample and that is not the case. I think that they intend to mislead the consumer. Avoid this product and this company before you get caught up in their intentional consumer snare.
