There is no operator which they indicate on their site that their phone service is available 24/7 and someone will get back to you within 30 minutes. It's all a scam. Prescription Billing 555 Saturn Blvd Suite B1049 San Diego, CA 92154 This is someone PO Box address. This person or persons is scamming the Internet.
