Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I received unsolicited marketing requests directly to my email address from Becky Lynn Brooks, and politely declined her services on several occasions. She persisted by sending me further unsolicited marketing materials, upon which I asked her politely to be removed from her email list (which I never signed up for). She responded by insulting me and verbally denigrating me. I've never been treated this way by anyone who is a complete stranger, and I feel rather violated by the whole situation.

The best advice I can give you is to never even open an e-mail from someone you do not know and if you do NEVER respond. Have your e-mail server block them or send them directly to your trash. Sometimes if you even open an unsolicited e-mail it will send a note to the sender letting them know that the address is active, if you do not reply chances are they will never send anything again.
