I had the same experience as most people with this product. Not only does it not work, but they charged me twice for the same order and at the end of the day, they do not honor their money back guarantee on what is supposed to be a free trial. They only give you back a partial payment, they say if you call their customer service number, It remains to be seen if they will even do that.
