This company is a disgrace. They sold us a pair of beds for over $3200.00 which are, unusable.

They misrepresented the beds, used "bait and switch" tactics plus the beds are defective. Their only option was to exchange the mattress for an additional $700.00. They lied about several other issues, as well.

In good faith, we paid up-front and purchased which was stated, by the sales person, is the second best (the vitality) adjustable bed mattress that Mlily makes. The bed manufacturer, Mlily makes numerous models, of which the salesperson only has a few in her showroom. As stated, she claimed it is the second best model in ranking.

The beds are defective and the sale was a misrepresentation of the product and facts, they do not feel anything similar to the one we tried in the store.

When you attempt to adjust the beds, the mattress materiel bunches up so we are lying on a horizontal ridge which encompasses the entire top of the mattress from one side to the other, without a break (if needed we can send photographs). Parts of the mattress fold in on itself and we sink into certain areas. Plus, the mattresses come out of the corner holders when they are raised by the adjustable frames. Also, we attempted to switch our old mattresses with the new ones, we placed the old sets onto the new adjustable bases and they do not fit; which means the new ones could be knockoffs or are substandard. When we lay on the bed in the down (flat) position, it feels as if the base is leaning and not level.

We both wake up after a couple hours of restless sleep, so hot, we feel as if, we have been in an oven; it was communicated to us that the bamboo is supposedly acts as a barrier to heat, which is a falsehood. After a few hours, in addition to the problem with overheating, we also wake up in terrible pain, throughout our bodies.

We know about the problem with heat dissipation on foam beds, which we emphatically explained to the salesperson; the salesperson went out of her way to sell us on the deceptive fable that this would NOT happen on these beds. She claimed that because of the bamboo and other reasons the beds would remain cool; this was a deceptive fabrication. We become so hot on this bed, that we were forced to compensate by lowering the air conditioning thermostat and using extra fans; which of course, adds an additional burden to our electric bill, if we would still be using these beds, we would steadily lose money, because of her deceptive selling practice. If she would have been honest, in the first place, we would still have bought a bed system from her; although, it would not have been the set we were “sold”,

In good faith we tried to sleep in these beds thinking we might just have to break them in; however, the situation grew worse every night and we just could no longer handle the pain, lack of sleep and the stress of trying to function during the day in agony and being thoroughly exhausted.  A bed is created for the occupant to rest, heal and rejuvenate; this bed is the polar opposite, we were lied to in the process of this sale. Due to the pain, heat and lack of any rest, we finally couldn't take it anymore. Therefore, we have been sleeping on our old beds in the middle of the living room while these new beds lay dormant and unused in our bedroom.

Exchanging the beds is not an option, due to the misrepresentation and despicable treatment we have received by this company, all we require is a full refund and for them to come and haul their faulty products away. 

This company sells defective merchandise in a deceptive and fraudulent manner and offers zero customer service after they have your money. With them, "customer NO-SERVICE" is their S.O.P. and what they exist by; they put on a great "dog and pony show" to remove your hard earned money and then drop out of sight when you discover their treachery.

This company is contemptuous and unreasonable; my advice is, stay away from them and do not offer them even a penny.
