Belden Village Music BV music Described Alembic Bass guitar as "NEW" but had dents, dings, cracks, etc. Wouldn't give a refund. dirty ripoff liars, also sell Gibson North Canton Ohio
*REBUTTAL Owner of company: This was an ebay sale of a beautiful bass guitar
This deceptive music store sold an instrument described as "NEW" that had dents, marring scratches, cracks, and rounded trussrod nuts, among other problems.
When I contacted them for a refund, they said "NO WAY".
When I asked for a partial refund and sent picture links, they blocked my Email!

They were very clever to hide the defects in all of their pictures.
I noticed a crack in the back of the neck, and one in the headstock veneer!

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
This was an ebay sale of a beautiful bass guitar
AUTHOR: Jason - (U.S.A.)

The person that purchased this bass guitar on ebay has continued to slam us for no reason...He saw pictures of the bass and agreed to all terms of the auction.
When he told us it was "damaged" 2 WEEKS LATER and after he said he "worked on the bass", we agreed to file a claim with UPS but he refused...We went to ebay's SQUAURE TRADE mediation service and WE WON our case...
The bass was in excellent condition when it left our store, don't know what he did to it, but he has decided to make it his mission to slam us, some people have nothing better to do with their lives!
