 Scary disturbing incident involving Belki Chevez, a registered process server in Los Angeles County. On December  14th

Ms. Chevez attempted to serve me with legal papers at my residence,

Despite knowing I was not present, Ms. Chevez knocked very loud and hard  on the door relentlessly for over three hours. This behavior constitutes harassment and an invasion of my privacy.

Furthermore, my neighbors overheard Ms. Chevez making racist comments about my names apparently to the attorney , my neighbor heard the whole conversation. The attorney was instructing her to get aggressive with the serve and to educate as long as if takes .

This behavior is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a clear bias and prejudice.

In a blatant disregard for my privacy and security, Ms. Chevez scattered approximately 100 pages of extremely sensitive and personal information all over the 2nd floor of the building. This information included details that could easily be used for identity fraud.

I have video evidence  & photographic evidence from a witness, which corroborate my account of the incident. Additionally, Ms. Chevez sent me text messages at 10:46 pm from both her phone numbers, attaching pictures of the documents she had scattered.

Called Huntington Beach police dept to document the incident the night before, after speaking to an officer , they advised me to file a report and submit a formal complaint . Officer Rovano arrived in 30 minutes , she viewed the video and viewed the  time stamps in my phone from her texts , 

She sent the pic in a text showing  the court documents all other the hallway floor ,  letting me know she all my information is scattered everywhere for anyone to pick up and read or take .

When I didn’t reply she sent same picture from another cell #.

I was in shock that this process server used this form of harassment & intimidation & careless intention of letting everyone know and read all my court documents about my divorce. Finances , info that could have positively ruined me due to all my sensitive information within the many pages thrown all over in front of my apt and 5 neighbors doors and hallway . When all this was retrieved, pages were ripped , stepped on with footstep prints   Many pages missing , a neighbor witnessed people picking up pages and walking away . I’m mortified and very upset!

I respectfully demand that you take immediate action to address this situation. I request that you:

1. I intend to report her to California county clerks office
