We as Employees of Bell Villa Motel and Mobile Home Park are hereby admitting that any rental unit on the property is not up to current state housing codes. Park Manager Mary Hogeland Is violating Every rental law there currently is.

Mary hogeland and all employees of Bell Villa Motel and Mobile Home park are not going to do anything to fix these issues, If you disagree with this then please feel free not to rent from us.
