 I am a stage4cancer patient and on a fixed income. I sent for a free trial sample and told I only needed to pay 4.75 for shipping. At the time they also sent a moisturizer I didn't order but was only charged $24.99 so I thought ok and kept it. But about 3 weeks later I got another package which I didn't order so I returned it and was still charged over$180. So I called the company and explained and they said they got the returned package but they can't refund cuz I didn't get authorization to return. I told her I never even wanted or ordered it and got absolutely no return instructions and she needs to return my money.
