At 51,had a hemorrhagic stroke from a fall.I was just browsing for different skincare that included a q"facelift"effect.different companies,sample offers,etc.Just wanted something to counter the paralyzed side of my face. BellaVita offered the one I am reporting.The only cost was $4.95 shipping,cancel in 30 days if you don't like.Pretty standard.Unless the company is a substandard ripoff.And they are. On a fixed income,I pay attention to my bank account.For that I am thankful.Within 3 weeks of the product arriving;I received 4 drafts in excess of $400 total.Noticed 2 draft from FLORIDA and 2 from CALIFORNIA. Within that time frame,two more"products"arrived.I was unaware due to postage owed.The first shipping came from FLORIDA.The second from CALIFORNIA. Not only is this a scam,the items caused skin inflammation. I found the INVOICE.Not one item included a price.So glad I kept it because I called the number.I had already called to cancel when the Bellavita broke my face out.The customer service representative was in FL.And worked as an OUTSOURCING service. At first,I got flack.Requested to speak to a supervisor.The supervisor initially offered half my money back within 6 weeks of my returning product.Was not an option for them. Fortunately,had the number for the Attorney General in FL over my former corrupt mortgage company.I informed the supervisor of my intent: If I didn't get an IMMEDIATE refund;the AG office would be IMMEDIATELY contacted for fraud.I informed them that I had the AG number if they wanted to verify later that day. I told the supervisor she had 24 hours to refund.I had already contacted my bank and filed fraud claims for unauthorized access to my account.It was either deal with me or the FL AG&my bank. My money was back in my account the next day.I learned a good bad lesson.I have been very sick since this occurred in June.Since I am better;I fully intend to pursue the Florida AG complaint.Not because I want to.Because I have to.I have to for the same reason you do.For those who can't,won't or just don't know how.For those who might have a much worse skin reaction than mine. I KEEP the Bella vita bottle on my vanity to remind me:Next time it is Avon calling;L'Oreal thinks I'm worth it;etc,do business with them!Don't be stupid enough to give ANY card numbers to ANY person or entity I don't know.And to fight for the can't,won't,don't folks.AM a Texan.NOT even my first Rodeo!
