Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I was a client at this salon for nearly two years, giving them all chance after chance to get it right. It always takes too long, and it is expensive. If you don't like what you look like there is no refund they expect you to come back and get i fixed by the one person that screwed up your hair. Kathy is so busy running all over, that she pays no attention when she cuts your hair, it is always an uneven mess. Lela she cannot stop smoking long enough to get your hair done right either. The girl at the front desk is rude and distant. Not a good place to go, you wld be better off going to (((REDACTED)))!
