I worked for them for 2 years. I was wrote bad checks a bunch times

and they only pay after trying many times to get money.

Now I go to work and they closed without tell. They didn't pay me for three weeks and now I need go back to Mexico. They don't pay all the ggirls or cooks for the month.

Do not work for them. BAD. Very bad people!

I'm sorry to be the one to explain this to you Clarita Mancini, but writing checks to employees with no money in the bank equals bad checks.

You held tips back from bartenders, servers, and food runners, for one week.

The checks ran a week behind when the money was originally issued from patron, to employee. You are NOT allowed to use employee money for your business. It's unethical, bad business, and plain rude!

Have the lawyer who helped you write your rebuttal translate this for you so you are finally clear.

Additionally-no one has gotten their last payroll checks as promised.

We have proof.

I want to clarify that I did not write bad checks and that the restaurant was closed because the lease term and not renewed, all employees have received your payment without exception.

Your ridiculous comment about "going homeless" after writing a BAD Check clarifies to me why the restaraunt went UNDER!

This is in response to the review mentioned prior report:# 623256. My name is Clarita Mancini and I am the owner of Bellini Italian Restaurant and would like to say that under the fore-mentioned circumstances that are highly false; I am intending on investigating the source of this report. Anybody who has worked for this company cannot testify to insufficient funds regarding their checks and we have never had an incident where a worker became homeless as a result of nonpayment. Most of our employees are long-term and have stayed by us for many years. Customers are well taken care of and business handled in a professional manner. I am sorry that such a bad report is being projected out there and just wanted to attempt to rectify the situation.
