Simply put, we used Bellsouth for many of our services. We were also Cingular cusotmers. Things pretty much went normal. We could get DSL support, telephone support, help when we needed it.
Since the merger, we have had outages, issues and problems. We cannot get a 'human'. When we call, AT&T only provide message services. No one calls back. We end up waiting days for any help. AT&T is again a merger. All we have to show for it, is a simply put, a monopoly. A monopoly allowed by crooked politicians, sworn to protect and serve.
