Ben Hastings Legislation Department Esper Law Firm This email came to me saying I owe money to a company called Quick Payday! First I've never gotten a loan and second they have all my personal info and are threatening to garnish my wages and have me forced out of work for legal and court matters!

It looks like this legal company had been threatening many people over the same thing! Someone should shut these guys down if they have the ability to obtain our "personal" info and then threaten us with wage garnishment. I would like to file a lawsuit! This needs to stop! There is NO company called Quick Payday so this is clearly a scam, but how are they obtaining the info they have?
