This is like a couple of other entries I have seen about BFA claims.

I too received a check from Ace-Tex Enterprises, 7601 Central Ave. Detroit Michigan 48210.

It was drawn on the Comerica Bank of Ann Arbor Michigan.

The instruction letter had me call the same number as the other reports but to ask for a Mr. Den Toko

The letter was signed by Tim Michael.
