Benefit Wallet paid only half the of my $2500 FSA 2014 claims. I was looking up the customer service number through Yahoo when I saw the Ripoff Report from the doctor in Pittsburgh. I had the exact same experience as the doctor described. Conflicting information from customer support. No supervisor help. Frustrating to deal with. I would never go through this again just to save a few hundred dollars in taxes. Not worth it and now I might lose over a thousand dollars. Unfortunatly I'm now stuck with an HSA administered by this incompetent company.
