Setting The Record Straight

Second, I am sorry you have had this problem with this merchant.  Go to your state's corporation search website and see if you can find a registration file for them listing officers.  Then search them out and have fun!  Don't give up the fight because a reputable business should treat customers as if they were gold...because they are.

First,  (and no, I have not gone crazy because second is listed first...I want you to know and remember the facts of life!)  OK, first, they didn't respond to the BBB because they are under no obligation to do so.  The BBB is NOTHING!  The BBB is NOT and I did say "NOT" part of ANY government body.  The BBB has ZERO enforcement powers.  The BBB cannot force any business to do anything.  The BBB is NOT your friend!  The BBB is a SCAM!  The BBB tries hard to convince people they are a government agency...they are NOT.  The BBB, of course will thank you very, very much for "reporting" this merchant.  Why?  Because the BBB will now use this as a SALES LEAD to sell this business, and yes, I did say SELL, them a "membership" and PHONEY accreditation.  The BBB "accreditation" is MEANINGLESS because ANYBODY can buy whatever "rating" they want.  The BBB sells these PHONEY ACCREDITATIONS just like someplace will sell me, you or anybody else a phoney looking college degree to look impressive on your wall.  Go to YouTube and enter "BBB Scam" in their search engine.  You will see how some reporters bought an "A+" phoney rating from them witrh the business name of "Hamas" which is a middle east terrorist group!  Remember, the BBB is a SCAM.  Legitimate businesses know all about the BBB SCAM.  Are there slimeballs and pond scum in business out to scam the public?  Of course.  And the BBB is there to help them along because the BBB is also a slimeball pondscum infested scam operation.
