Benton County Circuit Court Karen j. Zorn, honorable Janet Holcomb, DA James Amesbury, Corden Consumer fraud, consumer deception, no services rendered, unsatisfied services rendered Corvallis Benton County Oregon

 I am a consumer purchasing a service from the us district court of portland, from the benton county circuit court and from the benton county sheriff's office parole and probation. I would like to file this as a consumer fraud, and a retaliation for filing this consumer complaint against US District Court of Portland Oregon and Benton County and or the State of Oregon. I had several services i had purchased from the US District Court of Portland and the results were unsatisfactory. No service rendered and I have been stuck with a bill due to not being able to state a valid claim. As for the circuit court of benton county, i am unsatisfied from the attorney representations received and the trial court service failed to provide a service. No service rendered and unrequested services. As for the parole and probation i am not receiving services that are adequate for consumers, no service is being rendered and i am in a contract i did not sign for. I am under duress in this contract which i also suffer retaliation for filing this as a consumer which both Oregon law, Federal law, and international laws prohibit businesses from such doing.
